Welcome to Vehix. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vehix Platform, including our mobile application and website. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Vehix provides a Platform that connects individuals seeking roadside assistance and vehicle services ("Riders") with independent service providers ("Roadies") and professional automotive businesses ("Garages"). Vehix acts as an intermediary and does not provide vehicle repair or towing services directly.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Registration: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and keeping your account details secure.
Roles: Users may register as Rider, Roadie, or Garage Partner. Each role is subject to additional verification and specialized terms.

3. Payments and Fees

Payments for services are processed through our secure payment partner, PesaPal. Users agree to the following:

Riders pay for services at the time of booking or upon completion, as specified in the Platform.
Vehix may charge service fees to both Riders and Roadies for facilitating the transaction.
Cancellation fees may apply if a service is cancelled by the Rider after a Roadie has been dispatched.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Riders: Must provide accurate location information and vehicle details. Riders are expected to be present at the specified location upon the Roadie's arrival.
Roadies and Garages: Must maintain all necessary licenses, insurance, and professional certifications required by local laws to provide the offered services.
Safety: Users must treat each other with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vehix is not liable for any acts or omissions of the Roadies or Garages. Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the provision of vehicle services is the responsibility of the service provider, subject to their individual policies and insurance.

6. Termination

Vehix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for other behaviors that could harm the Platform or its users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
